"If I could give 0 starts I would . I used to swear by Kay Jewelers that they were the best and I used to always purchase all my jewelry from. My mother used to purchase jewelry from them as well for years however this passion my mother bought me my first mother's Day gift please see picture below. The gold was already tarnished I told them that I was unsatisfied with it the store a.m. Angela was very helpful and she cleaned it for me which I appreciate it but then just weeks later it was back to the same look. Complains again to her she then offered me another alternative piece. I waited another 6-8 weeks for that which then was a piece of flimsy gold which I was very unsatisfied with. And then ask her to reorder my original ring minus the engravement in hopes for a better outcome. She then contacted customer server jobs than they wanted me to be by the ring at a higher price mine is being gravemente and then they told me they would reimburse me after I purchase it. I was extremely unsatisfied and was not willing to purchase it again. I did my back and forth for customer service weeks later to try to get a refund which that was no luck so now I'm calling corporate hoping for something but I would never buy another piece of jewelry from this place ever again and I would tell all of my friends and family beware because it was horrible I don't know what they're selling it's definitely not 14-karat gold even though that's what you're supposedly purchasing. And I mean runaway Angela is leaving and she was the best thing that place had had. I'm so displeased with customer service and anyone else that works in that store is literally just a teen being on there phones with no training. nobody even called me when my piece was ready and Angela followed up me to make sure I was happy and I told her that I never even received the item and then nobody ever called me. She came in on her day off to assist me. I would never shop here ever again."

"I received earrings as a Christmas gift a couple years back from here. Because of the type of earrings they are, I'm required to have them inspected and cleaned each Feb and Aug of every year. It seems like everytime I go to have this done, there seems to be always an issue and having to play 20 questions before I can get them inspected/cleaned. I can't for the life of me understand why wouldn't they have record of them and that's why every time I go I take the paperwork which contains the inspection schedule and the printed purchase date from the store, so the proof is right there. I don't know if they don't feel like cleaning them or they count on people not coming in to have that done. The only reason why I come here is because the Kay's in Towson Town has closed permanently. Seems like if you are not buying anything, they don't have time for you."
