"Not really sure what to think. The guy didn't want to look at items that are already newer than 3/4 of the stores inventory and also more likely to sell than a dusty painting from a no name author but hey the place got 17 OK looking chainsaws if your in the market. Store could use some cleaning as well. Girl at front desk was nice."
"They are very nice to deal with for buying and selling. I like that it is family owned and operated. They usually have a large variety of inventory. However, my three small issues are: 1.) Some of the prices for visibly and thoroughly used items are way too high. There were a few items that I was interested in purchasing, but thankfully i stopped and performed a quick search on my phone. Upon reviewing that search, I realized that I could buy the same item new at a cheaper price than the used one was being offered for here. 2.) Although I do understand how a pawn shop functions and that they need to be able to make money when reselling items, some of the prices they offer to pay for certain items are entirely too low in my opinion. They look up the cost online and most of the time, what they offer is fair. However, some things just seem like they could offer more and still make a fair amount on resale. 3.) The owner is a very nice guy. He likes to talk while you're selling and/or buying ... BUT ... the past few times we've been there, he has felt the need to tell us about all of the vehicles, weapons, property, etc that he owns. During a visit, another couple was there selling some items. They had said how bad they felt having to sell their items, but they had been out of work due to the pandemic and just needed to get by until things turned around. This didn't deter him from going on and on about all his cars and property and this and that. They were visibly uncomfortable which made me feel bad for them. When people are going through tough times, the last thing they need is to hear about how much money someone has to blow on frivolous things instead of food and rent and utilities for them and their kids. The girl looked like she wanted to start crying and the guy looked like he wanted to just disappear, but the owner never stopped. I guess I just saw the way they felt and hoped he would see it too, but no such luck."
"Honest, And Fair In Terms Of Offers When Buying An Item From A Customer. I Had A few Instances Of Selling Things There Just To Get Rid Of Things That I No Longer Used Or Needed. I Also Purchased A Number Of Items There, Including An HD TV For 35 Bucks 3 Years Ago, And It's Still going Strong! Great Place, Reasonable Prices, And A Great Selection Of Hard To Find items! The Owner Is A Riot As Well.. Always Had Me Cracking Up Every Time I Went In!!"
"Great prices and selection on gently used tools and equipment. Never know what I'm going to find there. Employees are always courteous and helpful."
"Biggest scumbags on that planet, one of these fellas don't DESERVE a permit to carry a firearm, considering the harassment and slander that's involved, they need to be shut down. Who disrespects a female over a piece of jewelry. Cmon, enough is enough, this guy needs evaluation in the mental spectrum. The police should involve incarnation. Tries to grip his gun like he's REALLY going to use it. Complete idiots that need shut down. I already filed to the state and mayor. It won't be long now considering the previous complaints. He drives a bright red bronco and brags and threatened that "his family is apart of politics" enough is enough.."
