"This is a horrible place to send your kids. The “office manager” Debi Shauf, basically a glorified secretary is a racist. The directors heather and Jennifer are undeserving of their titles. Their owner Nathan Strayer has left his center in the hands of unprofessional, incompetent, insensitive management. They should be ashamed of how they treat hardworking parents who have no other option than to leave their kids with them. They lie, go back on their words, make things up and then hang up the phone when attempts of communication are made. Do not send your children there, especially if you are a person of color and culture they treat you like the dirt on the bottom of their shoe, specifically Deb. God doesn’t like ugly so one day justice will be served."
"After a rather horrid experience with another local daycare, this facility is a breath of fresh air. Our child has been enrolled for nearly 2 years. The entire staff is incredibly kind and genuinely invested in my child. The facilities are clean, communication is transparent and timely, and the curriculum is rigorous. The prices are very reasonable (in fact, on par with other, sub-satisfactory places). We LOVE Creative Minds and will be sad when our child no longer needs their services."
