"i LOVE this place, i got my braces put on in january 2021 and just got them off today and let me say they have some fantastic employees with amazing attitudes, from the start they were always very friendly and very easy to work with and as someone who has terrible experiences at the dentist this place was very comfortable and again just so easy to work with. I will absolutely recommend them to anyone who needs braces you won’t regret it i promise! after i got my braces off today they handed me a tiny goodie bag with candy and the staff cheered me on and celebrated with me it was awesome i’ve been waiting for this day for a long time and they just made it extra special! 10/10"
"The "dr" Anadyke refused to remake this jacked up top retainer. Kid had first set done 3 weeks before. Bottom broke. So a entire new set was ordered. The bottom was fine. The tech asked the kid if it was tight. The kid said a little. The tech then CUT it way too much as seen in the photo. She and the ortho said it has to be this way. However, the first top retainer did not have to be cut and it fit fine. In addition to the poor anesthetic look, it is sharp and cuts the kids lip. Stupid how they would make a mistake like this and not take care of it."
"We never have to wait. Usually my son goes right in. They are very thorough and gentle. My son had a man who made his gums bleed and he asked to never have him again. They made sure He didn't and they were very apologetic."
"Don’t recommend. I recently moved to Glen Burnie and needed to see an orthodontist. The people up front were nice which is why I give it a 2 star. But the moment I went into the room, the tools they were using was extremely disgusting. It looks like they reuse what they put in other customers mouth. It had rust, it stinked, and had smears all over it like someone’s saliva was on it. They didn’t even at least bother to put some type of plastic on it. The place wasn’t even cleaned up. Their equipment was dirty. Absolutely horrible. Wouldn’t come back ever."
