"The dentist at this establishment was good, but I was required to pay extra fees that were not discussed prior to the the treatment. I was told that there was an outstanding balance even though I had paid my last appointment's balance in full. Finally, she agreed that there was no balance due but that the internal auditor would check the accounts. I felt like I was being taken advantage of and the trust was lost."

"All went pretty well for the first 2 hours of my 3-hour visit, but the last 40 minutes were a real bummer because the assistant waited 20 minutes longer than needed to quit trying to do what was not working. When the dentist was asked for help is when they stopped trying to (so to speak) "fit square pegs in round holes." They then should have deducted the cost of the labor & products that did not work. Also, after i paid on my way out i was told that today's charge included the charge for my next appt. I will be going to that appt."

"I've been in several times and everytime is the same experience. It's wonderful! They have the nicest people I've ever met working there. The receptionists are always professional and ready to help at the drop of a hat and I can't say enough about how comfortable Terry (my dental hygienist) and Dr. Subramanian make you feel! They both genuinely make you feel like they want to build a relationship with you and not just like you're another annoying patient they have to deal with. I've worked in customer service for 20 years and I like to talk to people. I've never been to a medical practice of any sort where it wasn't difficult to try and get the people to have conversations with me let alone ask me questions about my life. I haven't been in for at least 4 months and this man remembered a vacation I told him I was going to, even where I was going and asked me about it when he first saw me! If you're looking for a new dental practice, this is it! You found it."
