"My family all goes to this dentist office and referred me to them. I went and the staff were pleasant and kind. I had a great deal of anxiety but the dentist and dental assistant were very patient, accommodating and gave me time to relax. It meant a lot to me that they weren’t rushing but instead listened and genuinely took care of me. I can’t imagine going anywhere else. Update: still the best! Sent my husband who’s scared of dentists and they took great care of him. Don’t go anywhere else- they are amazing!"

"I went to visit Dr. Long Pham at All Smiles after the dentist I have been seeing for years did a less than stellar job on my fillings. Felt pain weeks after the procedure even after multiple visits. Dr. Long Pham was absolutely able to identify and resolve the issue but the MOST appreciated and impressive part of the process was the way in which he did it. The Difference: Dr. Pham took the time to explain the entire process to me as a new patient in a way I could understand (layman's terms). Not only that, but he included me in the decision making process where many times my previous dentists would simply tell me what they were going to do and ask me if I was ok with that. During the actual appointment, the office was extremely busy but never once did I feel rushed or not cared/considered for. Dr. Long was very transparent, communicated the situation and most importantly took his time when he was with me explaining every step of the process ensuring I was comfortable and at ease in the midst of a very hectic time in the office. The care he shows for his patients in second to none. The Practice: The techniques and technology used at the practice also seemed very progressive in regards to my experiences with other offices and dentists. Tells me they continue to educate themselves on the latest and greatest when it comes to dentistry. Customer Service: The last point I have to make is the entire office staff was extremely helpful and pleasant. Whenever there was an issue they took the time to communicate with each other to make sure the information given to me was correct. The customer service was outstanding which I believe is a direct reflection of the practice as a whole. Summary: If you are looking for a dentist and do not give this practice an opportunity that is truly your loss. Thank you Dr. Pham and All Smiles!"

"Cleaning: so good! I wish I remembered the lady’s name, but it was painless and quick! Very personable and such an easy process! I highly recommend for your cleaning needs! Dental work: I had a failing filling and a failing crown, and both needed to be replaced. I’ve been coming to Dr. Long for a while, and even though they are now out of network for me now, the quality of care is so good that it’s worth the extra cost of sticking with him. I don’t know what would be a demonstration of how highly I would recommend you come here! We are price sensitive these days and I’m still going with Dr. Long! For the actual crown and filling, they have moved on to a newer process called… biomimetic dentistry? Basically they want to mimic the structure of the tooth so you’re less likely to have failure- it’s like adding bumpers to a car- anyway not trying to get into the nitty gritty, go in and ask about it! The crown is awesome, the last one I had clearly had a “cliff” or a lip where the crown ended, and when flossing it would click across it, this time I could easily forget I had a crown, the quality is that nice. My friends said that it looks completely real! The whole time this is happening, I got an explanation of what’s going on, and the process went by really quickly! If you want quality service from quality people, I recommend coming here. You don’t have to be afraid of the dentist anymore!"

"Dr. Lam is the absolute best! He is so thorough at explaining everything and making sure that you are involved and informed in every step of your care. It is so apparent that he genuinely cares for your health and well-being. I have never really had a good experience with a dentist before and always felt like my concerns were being brushed off, but I am so excited to have finally found a dentist that I can trust. Would definitely recommend him to anyone! The office is also nice and clean and the staff are all very friendly :)"
