"Don't let them fool you! I've been going there for years, but since covid, they have been awful! In last 2 years, they've canceled my appt each time. 3 reminders to confirm my appt, then they canceled 3 hours before, no hygienist! Evidently they only have 1, & no plans for if she is unavailable. This time, my husband is several appointments with other people, but this provider couldn't reschedule me for 6 months!. I had to find someone to take my husband, & this person had to reschedule appointments. I'm beyond luvid with theis practice & will NEVER GO BACK."

"I have always had severe anxiety of dental care but I had an urgent need and OMG Smile Partners was AMAZING! I was able to get an appointment right away and I was treated like I had been a long term client! The staff was so friendly, kind, and professional! Dr. Jimmy was incredible and me feel so comfortable and quickly fixed my issue! He even took a few minutes to speak to my husband making us feel like we were his only clients! The view of the water from the treatment room was a bonus! I actually look forward to going back and receiving care that will make my smile what I always hoped for! "This was my first visit to Smile Partners, Havre de Grace. Smile Partners made such a good impression that I felt I needed to share my experience. I needed a new dentist and had a painful issue and needed it to be attended to asap. The receptionist I spoke to initially was professional, friendly and kind and had me in the following morning. I was able to do my new patient paperwork via a text link so upon arrival I was already registered and seen in timely manner. The nurse took me back and took a thorough history and also made me feel very welcome. Then Dr. Lori came in and continued reviewing my history. She then examined me and immediately had a plan of care that she explained thoroughly. She gently completed the procedure, it was painless. She then happily took the time to summarize my procedure and the after care. She then developed a plan of care to do a full evaluation of all my teeth and an appointment for this in 2 weeks. I could not be happier with my first impression. Professional, kind, prompt courteous care ❤ definately a 5 out of 5....thank you Chantal, Ashley, and Dr. L. Richter"
