Busted Knuckle Garage

"I took my car to this shop April 2022, arrived and the gentleman was late. I should have left then!!!! I waited and finally he arrived. Assured me that he was a mechanic and could replace the barons on my wheels/tires/car. Took him hours to do the job. It wasn’t until I began asking questions that I was informed not by the shop that I entrusted my vehicle to but to the shop adjacent to the shop I. hose to do the work that the other shop was working on my car because the original shop didn’t have the proper tools needed to remove a part from my car. Without my permission!!!!! They destroyed my part then told me “I HAD TO BUY THE PART” that’s to be replaced. I refused so they ordered a part for my car which is used and put new barons on now moving forward, I made this complaint to the OWNER he was very polite but polite does not and has not fixed the problem. Promised to fix the car never did. I gave this place 5 months to remedy the problem and follow thru on their promise and they didn’t. From one business to the next customer service is EVERYTHING and your word is your bond and your reputation!!!!!!! Definitely going to court!!!!!!!!"

"I bought a 2003 Honda Civic from a guy at this shop. Paid $2600 out right. They wrote a $500 bill of sale so I'd pay less taxes at the MVA. The car needed $250 in repairs. A month later, I get the car after said repairs have been made. It's driven for a total of 30 minutes and breaks down. Overheating and spewing oil everywhere. Get car towed back to the shop. Two months later and I still have no car! It's been almost 4 months and I still have no car. Horrible shop filled with horrible customer service. Wanna throw your money away? Go here."
