I had an appt rescheduled 1 day prior due to the office being closed for a scheduled staff training. My next scheduled cleaning was made 6 months in advance and I received a call 1 day prior to let me know they no longer accept my insurance."

"I've been living in Maryland for about 10 years and have seen 3 dentist during that time, with Dr. Kim being my dentist for the last 4 years. He is absolutely the best dentist I've ever had. His touch is excellent, I never feel pain and it seems that one of his major concerns is that you are comfortable and pain free. I've never felt like he was trying to perform work that didn't need to be done, which I can't say for the other 2 dentists I've seen. He will also let you know if you need to see a specialist like an endodontist if he feels he can't successfully do the job. He will be my dentist as long as we are both in Maryland."
