"I've had mostly good experiences but this store, with exception of maybe one or two and that was from previous employees or previous management. The new management and new employees now, as long as you pick up your ponds and have a good account history with them, they will always reload you the same amount of money for the items that you've had in pond with them before and they'll also give you higher offers for new items you bring into the store. You just have to keep a good account history with them. I have gotten there 5 minutes until closing and they still took the time to help me out on a loan. I can't speak this highly of their other locations but this Richmond location is the only place I park my stuff at now."

"This store is absolutely ridiculous! Store opens at 9:30 on Saturday and had the door shut in my face and locked at 9:30! On top of that they had the nerve to tell me it doesn't open until 9:30."
