The medical office is on the ground level and is clean and well lit. Staff were friendly, polite, helpful, and competent. Medical provider Dr. Bishwakarma was FRIENDLY, RESPECTFUL, HELPFUL, CALM, COMPETENT, COMMUNICATES CLEARLY and LISTENS WELL. He listens patiently and calmly and is very respectful when answering my questions. He spent more time communicating with me directly instead of looking at the computer (unlike some of the other medical providers I came to encounter in previous healthcare visits in other places). Recommendations and options were explained clearly with compassion and respect. This is the type of medical team that clearly delivers A GREAT SERVICE."

"Wouldn’t usually write reviews for a doctors office but there’s a first time for everything. Not sure who the new receptionist is but because of her… 1 star. I am presuming a relative of the doctor. I called ahead of my appointment to let them know I had a work situation come up and would need to cancel. She said I better come otherwise she’ll charge me a fee for no show. I already thought I was kind enough to give them a few hours notice. And to end the call, she said go ahead and find a new doctor. Terrible customer service. Hopefully this receptionist doesn’t drive this doctors office down. I’ve been going here for over a year now. Not anymore, finding a new doctor has recommended by the lady."
