"Initially was good with Marge. Then another worker stamped my check "void" and the problem started. The worker called me and said I had to bring another check up. I was getting ready to make a trip to the office and I received a call from the receptionist/office front staff to wait until I heard back from her. I waited until late on Monday and I called her. She said that they were going to process the check as it was and see if it went through as it was their mistake and wait until they saw what happened. The office was to call me back if there were problem. On Friday may 21 I had a message on my home phone that was what I perceived as a little threatening asking why I had not brought up another check. I feel there was some lack of communication between staff and I was not pleased. I paid my bill the same day I visited which was Sunday May 16th. I did not appreciate the message that sounded as if I didn't or hadn't paid for my services. The person I spoke with on Monday aid she had spoke with a supervisor in Pittsburgh and said it was their error and to wait and see if the check cleared on their end. If there was a problem the office would get back with me. I was not very fond of the message placed on my answering machine as I was not home at the time."
