"Called Brandon at 9 am due to AC not blowing cold and he said he could squeeze me in sometime in the afternoon. Brandon was extremely professional and sent me a text message when he was headed my way around 1 pm that same day. He also gave me some tips to take prior to his arrival. Once he arrived, he quickly determined the issue and got it resolved in no time. Our AC is back to working fine and came out at a reasonable cost. "I called Stumps HVAC because a thermostat was not working. He was very responsive and scheduled a same day appointment. He showed and assessed the A/C units. As he was assessing, he thoroughly explained what he was doing and why. He then stated some causes for the thermostat to stop working and troubleshot the problem. Once the problem was identified, Brandon quoted what the cost would be. He then did his magic and everything is running smoothly. If I have any future issues with my HVAC system, I will be sure to go to this company again. Superb job."
