"I’m not one to leave a bad review becauseI know they can be damaging but this is extremely upsetting. Started a project in august, Scott came out to take measurements gave me an estimated timeline of a few weeks, that came and went. I asked for an update October 26th, never got a response so I sent another message and November 3rd I got a reply that he was waiting for the supplier to get enough material in stock due to shortages, I replied I understood and to keep me posted. Tried calling and shot another text At the end of December, no response, sent an email February 5th after he sent my call to voicemail. No response, just tried calling again Feb 11th, rang a couple times and back to voicemail. At a loss, Scott came highly recommended by a family member who is a contractor and has used Scott for other jobs but for some reason did jot come through for my job. I didn’t ask for a discount, I have not been rude or impolite at any time. Maybe its because I’m hispanic, who knows. I can understand shortages of materials but I don’t understand the complete shut down of communication, no updates, etc. on a job encroaching on 7 months for a small porch. The jobs he’s done for others seem to be good but like others in the reviews he’s very difficult to reach."

He should probably get an answering service if he's going snap out on you for trying to get answers, or understand his rude and ambiguous answers to your question over the weekend. He went on and on about how busy he was, so I guess he can afford to be rude."
