"My son was in here 6 days ago with issues breathing, fever of 101, etc. Dr treated my wife like she was stupid and said 101 isn't even a low grade fever and his lungs are fine. Took him to other doctor today because issues not going away. Low and behold he has pneumonia. Doctor looked at him and said “you can just look at him and see he's sick". Find other doctors. We've been with PL for 13 years and are done. They've gone downhill considerably the last few years."

"My kids have been going to PL for over 10 years. They used to be great before their new doctor and staff. However, we recently were forced to change pediatricians due to the behavior of Dr. Caldwell. Very condescending and belittling. Additionally, she belittled my childrens father trying to convince him that they haven’t been there in so long and that he was essentially a bad parent for it. The issue is that 1. She had no right to approach either of us in this manner and 2. My children have been every single year specifically to get physicals for school or be approved for anesthesia for dental work for my special needs son. This takes the cake though. My kids new pediatrician requested their medical records in April of 2021. With my child’s appointment on 2/2/22 being canceled because PL claimed to transfer the records but never did and refused to try again. Instead they required that I pay them to obtain a copy of my kids records from them and Pick them up. That was just recently! In 2020 I took my special needs son (autism) to get a prescription for a medical helmet (per his school) due to self inflicted injurious behavior to his forehead. The doctor not only refused and wasted my time but in the recently obtained medical records LIED and wrote that my son was having speech and development delays due to HEARING LOSS! Not only was this NEVER DISCUSSED AND A FLAT OUT LIE but this could have resulted in more of a waste of time and money for treatments he doesn’t need. She didn’t even put the reason I was there in the records! He has never had hearing loss and has been tested multiple times. THATS NOT THE ONLY FALSE RECORDS: they also have vaccinations dates for both of my kids listed in 1998, 2007, 2008, and 2011. ALL OF THESE ARE BEFORE EITHER OF MY KIDS WERE BORN and I myself was a small child in 1998! DO NOT TRUST THIS PLACE TO KEEP PROPER RECORD OF YOUR CHILDRENS MEDICAL HISTORY. I will never ever recommend this place and we will never be back."

"I have been bring my kids to pl physicians for 10 years now . The ladies at the front desk are so kind and they are efficient with their service. I never have a problem making an appointment . Dr. Mancini always listens to my concerns as a parent, my kids love her to. She is a great pediatrician and I would definitely recommend for parents to take their kids to pl physicians, you won’t be disappointed."

"The office cleanliness and professionalism has declined tremendously over the past 8 years and especially since Dr. Noori retired. It is common to call the office and be placed immediately on hold. Today I was on hold for 10 minutes, but I've been on hold for as long as 25 minutes before I had to hang up and call back for assistance. I requested a copy of my daughter's medical record and paid the required fee 14 days ago and its still not ready for pick up. The office manager, Candy Kelly, is also very rude and unprofessional and appears irritated by any question asked of her. I wish the staff from 8 years ago was still there....they were amazing. We will no longer be going to PL Physicians and if I could give them a lettered grade it would be a triple F-."

"I have been with this practice for years, since my oldest was a toddler (he is now 16), since I have 2 more little ones ages 5 and 3. We were originally patients of a doctor that went to another practice, she was amazing!!!! We became patients of Dr Noori, until she retired and she was amazing with my children!!!! We now have been seeing Dr. Caldwell, and I cannot say enough of how amazing she is!!!!! I love this practice!!!!"
