"Absolutely horrible. Bait and switched my HVAC unit. Still refuses to give me an invoice. What vendor doesn’t give an invoice ??? Told me they would replace my unit and switched it from a 17 Seer to a 14 Seer without my permission!! Rude rude lady in the office that says she is the owner and berated me on the phone. Cancelled on my twice on the appts to find out what was the issue was. It goes on and on. Horrible"

"We called at 9:30am Friday. I was told there could be a tech sent that same day between 6pm and 7pm. I called around to other companies just to see if we could get anyone out sooner - Ha! One company said late next week and one called back to say they were booked out for 3 weeks. Skylar arrive about an hour early, diagnosed our problem right away, checked the other HVAC units to ensure there weren’t other issues and fixed our problem within 20 minutes of being there. He let us know he would be on-call over the weekend and to call Velocity with any problems. We’ve found out company to use for all things HVAC! Thank you Velocity, we appreciate it more than you know!"

They took as much time as needed to answer questions and explain minor repairs/adjustments and options. No upsell pitches, no gimmicks. Just excellent service at a great price. Highly recommended."
"There is nobody better than Velocity. Very Professional. Great service. The owner, himself, just showed up to my home and took great care of us. As we are getting into the dog days of summer, I can't imagine how busy they must be. Phillip walked us thru the entire visit and explained the issues we were having and how he was going to resolve the issue. We will be definitely signing up for their semi annual inspection plan to ensure our systems are in proper order.
