"Jessica did a fantastic job with my dog! She even took the time to give her an extra brush. my German shepherd is a big girl and she was able to get her smelling fresh and looking clean in an hour. Will definitely be back again!"

"Came in for a basic wash service that includes a Deep-cleansing shampoo, Ear cleaning, Blow-dry, 15min brushout, Nail trim and Scented spritz. We were told to give them over an hour an hour and half until pick up. Not even ann hour after dropping our dog off, we received a text and call for pick up. Picked up dog and his nails weren’t even trimmed and he was slightly damp near back hind legs. Also he still smelled like Doritos (dirty dog smell). We asked why his nails weren’t trimmed and she responded saying he didn’t need them. Clearly he does since they are very long! Now total for service was over $80 with tax and tip. Sooo basically what part of the package that we selected did they fulfill? Outrageous"

"DO NOT bring your dog here to get groomed. Kendra, the “groomer”, is disrespectful and nasty! She should not be in customer service because she’s so horrible with people."

"The assistant groomer Brie was kind and handle my dog with ease. But your the grooming Manager should be demoted for the way she handles the pets and how condescending she speaks to the owners. She is very disrespectful and confrontational. Very disappointed that I had to experienced for the 2nd time with this manager a not so pleasant experience. I’ll write to corporate after this."
