"Ernest is our go to for all things appliances and increasingly, home improvement. Our first service was our dishwasher. He’s GE certified and resolved an ongoing issue with our dishwasher leaving dishes dirty. He always offers great tips along with the service / repair to get the best performance from our appliances, like put a mug of vinegar in the top rack of the dishwasher once a month to clean/ disinfect and remove film from glassware - no need for special cleaners. His second call to our home was to repair our fridge when it stopped dispensing water. Our third call was to help secure a washing machine hose after we were unsatisfied with our contractor’s solution. He helped us same day with a creative and clever solution. We appreciated not waiting to use our laundry. Most recently, we were going to call a plumber to address an issue with our kitchen faucet....having heard from neighbors that he is helpful with home improvement, lawn maintenance and hardscaping, we checked with him and for a fifth of a plumber’s fee, he found our issue within 10 minutes - a loose seal/washer that blocked water flow - we were back in business. Ernest is knowledgeable, professional and committed to getting you back up and running. He can get busy, but he’ll typically get you on the schedule same or next day."
