"Recently my old imac crashed. After looking at the equipment a member of the Geek Squad said It was not worth trying to fix it. I then met Bill in Sales and decided, after excellent advice from him, to purchase a MacBookPro and LG Monitor. The Geek Squad managed to transfer all my data from a backup time machine drive onto my new computer. I am so happy with my new set up. Everyone I dealt with at Best Buy were really pleasant and helpful to deal with. 5 Stars from me!"
"Their phone service is terrible. I was on circular hold for 45 minutes to try to schedule an appointment to correct a mistake they made only to have it eventually respond with "enter remote access code" and disconnect. Call back and after going through nauseating call director never got a live person in order to schedule the appointment. If I can ever get this resolved, I am done with them. Amazon has better prices anyway."
