"Terrible service! Huge scam do not use! I was at work when they came to the house. My wife had to deal with them. They came to look at our washer and told us it would be $700 to fix. While doing that he "discovered" the drier vent hose was broken. It looked like he cut it. He offered to replace it since he was already here. He did not provide a quote to my wife prior to the "repair". He charged us $89 for the service call and $155 to replace the part. After I got home I called the office and got the run around I called the technician and was told it was "a good price". He claimed parts and labor. He was in my house for 37 mins total, including the original diagnostic (I have security cameras). Total scam that took advantage of a distracted mother. In the end they refunded $30."

"My refrigerator isn't cooling so I called anyapplianceservices.com from Bowie location, technician came (Ben) found the problem and charged me $75.00 towards diagnose/repair and said that will be applied towards repair costs I thought this is how it works every where, i decided to order genuine part by myself ordered it came in two days, i called Ben again he said that there is a repair cost around $150.00 and initial payment i paid will not apply towards repair cost i will have to pay $150.00 separate towards repair cost, he lied to me when he charged i was really disappointed what he mentioned after i tried to reach the company but he answers every phone calls instead of transferring to company. Truly disappointed and lost my money I will not recommend as trusted company."
