TJ Detailing

"Despite many promises to finish waxing and detailing of my boat "this week," starting in March 2018, the job has still not been completed as of November, 2018. I usually only write good reviews, and otherwise work with any rare disappointing business to fix a problem. So many reputable businesses in our area. Sorry to say that has not been my experience so far with this one. Update: I finally personally tracked down Tyler in his truck in mid-November, and asked him to finish the work. He and his crew started that day, and finished this job at the end of November. The boat was already shrink wrapped for winter so I could not see it in the light, but what I could see looked fine. I will see how it looks in more detail once we get the shrink wrap off and further update this review. He did apologize for the delay and waived the balance due. Update: the job was completed. Despite our having cleaned out several lazarettes at Tyler's request, there was no sign that they had been touched. Spiderwebs and dirt still in them. However, the surface work was fine."
