"The one and only thing I definitely don't like about Sears is your appointment time slot, I was informed that a service technician would be on-site between the hours of 7:00AM to 6:00PM, who in the hell makes appointment times for 11 hours for someone to wait for service. Just think if your family went to a restaurant for dinner and the wait time was 11 hours, would you eat there?"
"The technician provided an excellent, efficient and professional repair in minimal time, once he arrived. The original arrival estimate was between 7:00 AM and 6 PM. Later in the day I received a text stating he was 4 stops away and would be arriving at 2:20 PM. At 2:25 I received another text indicating he was 2 stops away and would be arriving at 4:40 PM. Around 5 PM I received a phone call from the technician indicating he was on his away and would be arriving at 5:30 PM... and he did. The repair was excellent, but my sole recommendation for improvement, I would suggest a better estimate for the arrival time, say within a three to four hour window so as not to waste the homeowner's entire day awaiting arrival."
"I called Sear Appliance Repair to fix my LG Washer/Dryer combo due to leaking at the bottom of the machine during wash cycle. I was forwarded to call center in India to receive an appointment from a repairman. Once your appointment has been established, the call center in India forwards your call to someone local in the US. The local repair person establishes what is currently wrong with my washing machine. The gentleman on the phone assured me the parts were common parts and were stocked on the repair truck. Furthermore, the repairs would happen the day of the visit. On the day of the initial visit, the repairman did a diagnostic check of the washing machine and concluded the machine needed a drain pump motor and drain. These parts had to be ordered and the work couldn't be completed that day. The repairman seemed rather rushed and was more interested in selling me a home warranty then addressing the problem with my machine. He presented me with the option of paying for the repair itself for over $450 or getting locked into a home warranty for over $1000 with the repair of the washer. He left a big mess which I cleaned up after he left. I decided to just pay for just the repair of the washer for $450. There was a following appointment the next Monday. I waited all day for the repairman to show up, but noone showed. There wasn't even a courtesy call to let me know they were not coming. I was able to reschedule an appointment for the next day. A different repairman showed up to my house to do the repair. After he worked on the washer. He said I was given the wrong diagnostics for my machine and the problems were something completely different. He quoted me a price of $1000 to fix my washer. He said I should receive a complete refund, because they couldn't help my problem. Again after the repairman left, I had to clean up after him, because again they left behind a big mess. I contacted the Sears Appliance Repair customer service center, which is again a call center in India, explaining the situation and requesting a refund for them not living up to expectations and not resolving the issue at all. The call center continues to give me the run around in regards to my refund. They said It could take over a month to receive a refund. Anyone who needs are repair on your appliances, please be careful when dealing with Sears Appliance Repair. They seem more concerned about selling you a home warranty than repairing your appliances. They are also next to impossible to get ahold of and hide behind they call center in India, instead of giving good customer service. I have yet to receive an apology or my refund."
"Jason came out as promised. Although the issue I was having with my stove seemed to work fine while he was here. Jason did state he would leave my case open and if it happened again he would come back. Very professional tech and polite."
"The technician was a very nice gentleman who new what he had to do and fixed it properly and professionally. Getting in touch with Sears Warranty was horrible poor service and no person to speak with."
