"No stars actually. Had to put 1 to post. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone. Coldest day of year I called for immediate help as my HVAC was dying. Only fan working but no heat. Was recommended to replace system asap. Representative wrote a report charged $89 for visit. Never heard from them again. I called office 3x, Lady on phone was lovely and finally sent me a receipt but no follow up on written report of replacement system at all. Fortunately I found another company that installed a new HVAC immediately. Don’t call Cool Breeze if you want reliable service. I expressed my dissatisfaction to them directly. Crickets!"

"I sought the services of Cool Breeze to repair our malfunctioning heater. I reached out to the company on Wednesday, January 17, and was informed by a very nice woman Danielle that a technician would be dispatched to my location between 2 and 4 p.m. on Thursday, January 18. However, despite my husband leaving work early to meet the technician, the technician failed to show up. At 3:45 p.m., my husband called Cool Breeze and was told that the technician was running late. I made a follow-up call a little after 4 p.m. to inquire about the expected arrival time of the technician. The female respondent was slightly curt in her response and said I basically needed to wait and could not provide any further details. When I inquired further, she said she could tell me that another person was ahead of me and that she could not predict the arrival time. At that time, I requested for the technician's name, which was revealed to be Brian. By 6:30 pm, the technician still had not arrived, and I called Cool Breeze again. At that time, Danielle answered and said he was probably on our way to our house. Unfortunately, he never arrived. By 8:00 p.m., I called and spoke with Danielle to inform her that he still had not arrived. She seemed surprised and said she would call us back. After the technician eventually arrived at around 9 p.m., I discovered that he had no clue that he was ever supposed to come to our house. He stated he was done for the day, went home, and was about to make his dinner when he received a call that he had to come to our house to fix our heater. Then, I asked, “Are you not Brian?” He said, “Yes, I’m Brian.” He had not been informed about our problem even though we called the day before. The technician performed some diagnostic tests and believes that the valve might blocked with ice from the first snow storm we received earlier this week. He was very nice and discussed possible problems and solutions with my husband who is fortunately very handy. I hesitate to refer Cool Breeze to others due to their inadequate communication with both the technician and ourselves. Despite my husband making adjustments to his work schedule and our interaction with an unhelpful representative after 4 o'clock that left me feeling uncomfortable for requesting further information. Regrettably, our malfunctioning heating system remains in a state of uncertainty."

"My heat stopped working and I was having a hard time finding a company that fixed water-sourced heaters. Cool Breeze came in the next day and was able to fix my issue, thanks Chris! So glad my coworker recommended them to me, and I’ll be sure to use them again when it’s time for my maintenance check. Friendly staff, very helpful :)"

"An outstanding company with remarkable responsiveness, punctuality, quality and honesty of service. They replaced the furnace and AC compressor in my son’s house. What impressed even more than the quality of their installation work was their readiness to perform any post-installation adjustments that were needed. And the thoroughness of their maintenance work—especially by Chris and Walter. I asked the owner of the company, Ron, to come and give me an estimate for replacing the old natural gas boiler in my own house. After examining the boiler, he stated that it is still in good working condition and advised me not to replace it. In comparison to other contractors that I had to deal with, I found Ron’s response refreshingly trustworthy and honest."

The installers (Christian and Brian) and the technician (Chris) were very professional, competent, hardworking, and clean. Ron and the office staff were very responsive. I got 4 bids on the job, and Cool Breeze's price was the lowest. They were truly a cut above, and I could not be happier!"
