"I highly recommend Dynamic's phlebotomy course to anyone looking to get into the field. I'm a full-time pre-med student but was still given ample opportunity, time, and patience to develop my phlebotomy skills during their weekend course, and I feel very confident and well-prepared going into my first job -- I was offered a position a week before I even got my certification. I had Ms. Ameka the first day and Ms. Courtney everyday after that, and both instructors were incredibly patient and helpful! The atmosphere was both professional and friendly and I felt comfortable both asking questions and making jokes. We got into sticking very quickly and I was initially very nervous, but Ms. Courtney and the rest of the class didn't put any stress or self-consciousness into me and I felt like I was getting the hang of it after only the second stick. I definitely had moments of self-doubt but I firmly believe it was Ms. Courtney's patience and very kind character and the rest of my classmates supporting each other that got me over that mental bump. I successfully stuck a dozen more times after that and performed a few other specimen processing procedures (centrifuging and urinalysis) and by the time I was taking my final, I felt like I'd only been in class a week but had months of experience. I could've gone anywhere else and earned the phlebotomy certification and probably wouldn't have even remembered my time in class months later, but I'll definitely remember trying to stick, missing it, and instantly hearing the rest of the room tell me it was alright and Ms. Courtney guiding me through the repositioning process. I'm extremely glad I chose to listen to my friend who suggested the course and will not stop recommending Dynamic to any of my pre-med friends looking to get into it."

"I took this class and received a certificate. My experience was somewhat less than "dynamic" as the instructor had no problem playing favorites in the class. It was clear she didn't care for me and admonished me publicly during the class- not behind closed doors. Out of respect for her, I didn't respond in kind and even apologized (being the bigger one to defuse negativity). I was treated with distance after that. Couldn't wait to finish the course and will never use the skill. I have never been treated that way in a professional environment and hope to never cross paths with this person again. Unfortunately, although she was an excellent teacher, I cannot recommend this program due to this instructor's nasty attitude."
