"RUDE SERVICE! Towed my car after an accident. Didn’t send my key with my car - LOST the key and had to find it blamed it on the weather and his partner that night. After I had to ask him to look for it because he said the protocol was to put it in the car which he didn’t do. Went to pick it up and he then said he sent it with the car come to find out he didn’t so I have to travel almost 2 hours to go pick up the key after being hung up on because “he’s pretty busy” as if this isn’t something he had to deal with. Offered to send the key where my car was but told him not to bc he couldn’t even manage to send it the first time “in case my car was totaled” why would a totaled car need a key? Bottom line is don’t use this company or man he does not know how to run a business or speak to people."

"I broke down in the middle of the road and called my insurance company to get my car towed. My insurance company tried to charge me $150 and I was still waiting for a tow truck after 30 minutes. I called around for some other estimates. This towing company was affordable and were very kind over the phone. Not only were they affordable they showed up within 15 minutes of me calling."

"Call someone else! Rude and unprofessional! Answered the phone with “hello!” Had an attitude as soon As he picked up as if he was being bothered! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!"

"Duty's came to the scene of the accident and towed our truck to their location. Before they towed the truck we unloaded as much as we could from the truck to a friends truck, we didn't have room for everything so some things were left in the truck that was wrecked. We went to pick up the items at Duty's and some of the items were missing, not everything just some things that were valuable. I called and asked about the things that were missing and they said " you should have told me there was some valuables in the truck" . No apology, only blaming us. I didn't feel that was professional."
