"I highly recommend Mr. Justin Bell of Bell Appliance Repair. On the day I phoned, I spoke to him directly and he said he could be there in 90 minutes. (Our property is about 50 miles from his business.) He arrived early and jumped right in to diagnosing the issues with my washing machine. Mr. Bell was very thorough and answered my questions along the way. Not only was he professional, responsive, and dedicated to finding the problem, Mr. Bell was very enjoyable to chat with! I hope I don't have any other appliance issues, but if I do, Mr. Bell is who I will call!"
"Mr Bell came and repaired my fridge. When he pulled apart the piece that needed to be replaced he stated that the part was in fact not broken. Fixed what was wrong and saved me 300.00 dollars. He also replaced my ice maker. Found him to be very responsive, on time and honest. I would recommend him him highly."
"Bell Appliance Repair is responsive and quick. Our freezer went out and they arrived same day to assess it and fixed it the next day. You cannot beat that type of response time."
"I have waited over 5 months for parts using American Home Shield and Bell Appliance as a sub contractor. At first the gentleman was responsive fixed my first two problems late November 2021) with no issues and gave me a timeline for when the parts to fix my cooktop stove he had to order would arrive. That day came and went but I didn't hear anything from him or AHS. I gave it another week before I reached out to them both. Bell Appliance responded saying they were waiting for parts still. So I gave it a few more weeks. Then I reached out again and got no response. Tried reaching out to AHS and was told to try the technician again. I continued to try for a few more weeks and got no response by phone or text. I called AHS back to get another contactor to come out and was told I had to pay another deductible to get a new work order since I wanted to change contractors for no reason. As I explained that the contractor from Bell Appliance has not returned to finish or even responded to voice or text messages they said they would reach out and get back to me. Two days later (early February)the technician returned assessed my stove again and said he had to reorder parts and they should be in within two weeks. I was happy to get this done because I am having a Mother's Day dinner that I am catering at my house for around 40 people. As of April 10th I have yet to get a text or phone call from Bell Appliance after leaving numerous voice and text messages. Since then I have canceled my membership with American Home Shield and paid $500 out of pocket to get my stove fixed. Side note I have been paying AHS $70 a month for the last 3 years and have called in 4 work orders. First two would have been maybe $200 a piece out of pocket if I had to pay the contractor directly. The 3rd wasn't covered by AHS so I still had to pay the contractor after I paid AHS's deductible and the fourth was the issue with Bell Appliance."
