"1. Technician knew his job but his attitude/personality was not the nicest. 2. This experience was awful. For this one appointment to have my control board replaced in my stove, I received 7 texts, 17 emails from Sears and 5 from Choice Home Warranty. It was rather annoying, a complete overkill. Even after technician left, I received a prerecorded call from Sears to let me know "the technician is on his way." Wow."

"While removing the water/ice dispenser faceplate from my refrigerator, the technician dropped the faceplate on the floor & broke it! He says he ordered a new one."

Fortunately I’m retired but someone who has to WORK would have lost 3 DAYS from WORK waiting for technical help. This is just INCONSIDERATE of the CLIENTS TIME & AVAILABILITY. Then Sears setup multiple appointments to confuse the client ( 7AM-6PM & 8 AM-5PM ON THE SAME DAY). Also Sears gave my first appointment to a technician in Baltimore, I’m in DC."
