Brought my Indian there for electrical work - got charged 5 hours labor (550$) for a cheap electrical tape job on some wires that is barely holding up. Brought my new Harley there for an inspection and got charged 192$ to adjust some handle bars and blinkers (3 mins of socket turning, if that)... told me the inspection was 65$ got charged 85$. Again, cool peeps - but can't respect that kind of hustle."

"Unprofessional did work that I didn't authorize even though I told them to call me. And I know that bike didn't need some of it as it had been done recently bike still broke down on way home and had to go back to actually have fixed what needed it overcharged on exact parts I could have gotten on Amazon by 150 percent and the second time charged 3 hours labor for things I could have done in 15 minutes. And had the bike a total of 6 weeks Will not get any more work from me and will tell all my friends to steer clear"

"I took my 06 Classic in to have Love Jugs Fans installed a few years back right before East Coast Sturgis and instead of running new wires for the fan, they disconnected the connector going to my tour bag lights and they used that for installing the fans. I also had tires changed on front and back and they didn't tighten the valve stems and when I was running up Rt 70, the back valve stem blew out causing me to almost crash. I have always heard good things about the work done at this shop but was extremely shocked at the so called work they done on my bike.. TRUST ME I WILL NEVER USE OR SEND ANYONE TO THIS SHOP !!!"
