"Total scammers. I got a new HVAC and furnace from them and they promised me 2 years of free servicing. After the 2 years they auto-enrolled me in a contract for servicing (which I never used) but they keep calling me about an outstanding charge on my account. I would not recommend using their service."

"My HVAC system went out at the worst possible time. That week we were in the single digits. I received quotes from 7 companies, after being exhausted with dealing with several techs in my home Constellation was my last appointment. Honestly I was going to cancel but thank God I didn’t. John V came in measured and explained everything within 30 minutes. I received the quote within the same day. They worked with me on the price due to my budget. Contract was signed the next day. The team arrived to my house, one of the techs was Marcos and they did an excellent job of installing, testing and cleaning everything. Now my house is warm!"

"I had someone come to look at my furnace. The technician said I needed to replace my heat exchanger. This first appointment was on January 9th and since then I have been calling 3 times a day to see if the part has come in. As of today, January 22nd they still have not come to fix my furnace. They also told me that they would call me to get temporary heat in my house, but no one has called. It is obvious they were attempting to placate me and do not care about their customers."

"In November 2020 we made our first call for service on our Mitsubishi split system that was installed by BGE Home and is still under warranty. As of today, 8 March 2021 we have had approx 14 service calls; all parts replaced and one new one installed and the system still frosts up and does not heat the room. It worked the previous winter. Have requested twice to now have the unit replaced; then escalated twice with no response. I suspect if I were the President of BGE Home this problem would not have existed from November 2020 until March 2020. I am continuing my escalation by attempting to reach the BGE President and Mitsubishi. Will also be reaching out to local consumer TV reporters in an attempt to get the unit replaced. Would not recommend using BGE Home for this type of product purchase and installation. Update 23 March 2021: As a result of my earlier post we were contacted by the Service, Customer Care and Installation groups who were able to replace the unit within three days of the review. The new unit is working better than the original one ever did and seems to validate our belief the original unit did not perform per Mitsubishi specifications; a "lemon". After talking with he folks involved in this process it was apparent internal checks that would have resolved the problem did not work as BGE Home intended. I trust this has led to a process review."
