"My first advice to you truckers is pay only in credit card and second thing, do the communication only in email (not verbal), in this case those horrible people will not take an advantage of you. They quoted me $1100 to do the job and I approved it. after holding my trailer for a week(snails works here), they changed the bill to $1700. I asked them why? They said we never quoted you $1100, they are evil people. I paid the $1700 anyhow because I didn’t had the proof on hand at that moment. Then on the next day I informed to my bank after I got all the evidence (the quote and email exchanged). since I paid it in credit card, I got my money back(the difference)."

"DO NOT TAKE YOUR TRAILER HERE! This place is a terrible establishment to call a “ business” Go see Multimarine Services in Baltimore if you have to go to a bigger shop and not an individual technician. These people in Elkridge are liars very unprofessional. They overcharge for everything and do work without you authorizing it. I didn’t authorize a load test on a battery that I know is dead so why would they perform it then try to charge us? Very rude and unprofessional place. Customer service classes really need to be taught here. Wouldn’t recommend this place to my enemy. I have 20 years as ASE master tech in automotive/ diesel repair industry and this is by far one of the worst experiences on the customer side of things. They were talking and making up costs on invoice as if I had no clue how things work. Then lied on repair order saying I didn’t answer any of their calls; get real. I had to answer, thats the only way I knew the compressed the trailer needed was $9 thousand because I never received an email with any written estimate."

"These people are running a big scam!! $1100 and four hours wasted and didn’t fixed the issue. I’ll I need was a new Controller Board , they didn’t have one in stock and they new from the beginning but they started to play the guessing game so they can charge more money."

"*update* Was there today - and of course they held me there from 7:30 am till 4:30 pm No one talked to me unless I reached out No one could tell me what was wrong and how long things are going to take For sure it’s the last time coming and going to move forward to the BBB to make sure it won’t happen to anyone The lady at the front seat was “omg”ing me towards the end like it was wrong for me to push them to give me an estimate when will I come out of there - no manager - no customer “service” it’s horrible that there is no one there to speak to - only 2 20 yo girls that are rolling eyes on customers and getting annoyed for asking questions after spending the whole day there - shame to call it a business I have a freezer unit in my van. After 8 months of having the unit the freezer didn’t cook down- I was there from 8 am till 3 pm. Second time happened 6 months after that - they didn’t let me leave the facility saying that if I leave they consider it as an overnight drop off - I’m coming from Virginia 1.5 hours drive each direction - they had a vending machine and it’s in the middle of nowhere No where to order food from and not being able to leave is ridiculous ! Got there at 8 am - left at 2 pm Too long of a wait and hideous to ask to stay there for 6 hours"
