"These folks service my grinder pump. My current grinder pump died, and they came within 2 hours after I called. They worked for a number of hours trying to fix it before determining it had died and could not be repaired. Since this is a retrofitted system, and the pump was no longer manufactured, they had to research it and find a new pump. They did so, travelled to Columbia to pick it up and spent several hours trying to install it, only to determine that they had been given a lemon pump. They went back to the manufacturer (who agreed it was a lemon pump), tested a new one onsite to make sure it worked, and came back and installed it. This was a lengthy and difficult process, but these folks took all of the proper steps in a timely fashion and made it work, and kept me informed every step of the way. They even sent out a truck to pump my system so I could shower and flush toilets while this was going on. While it was a pain on my side going through this, these guys were not only great, they were special. Highly recommended."
