"The owner is unprofessional and flaky. I had scheduled service and they no called and no showed multiple times and then began ignoring my calls and e-mails. This company made me sign a contract and prepay $2,000.00 for a year of service. They came out the first time but not the second. They owe me $1000.00. Another business owner said she had the same experience with them and took them to small claims court. Ben is extremely unprofessional and rude and responds with aggressive emails because all he cares about are bad reviews. Won’t respond to a service call though. Beware of this unscrupulous company."

The company should refund their client's if they haven't been consistent with their service. Also, I truly hope the Red Bean cafe gets their refund that is deserved!
