"My LG refrigerator was not maintaining a cool temperature in the refrigerator box, the freezer was working fine, Josh's Appliance Repair came out and did some troubleshooting and determined that I needed a compressor. After ordering the parts, the tech returned and replaced compressor. The refrigerator and freezer worked for two days. The tech came back again and said the refrigerant leaked out, He repaired it, refilled the refrigerant and it worked for two days and the refrigerator developed a loud humming noise and did not maintain temperature. The tech came out again and repaired and refrigerator. The refrigerator is currently maintaining the correct temperature, but the loud humming noise is still present. The tech said he was going to reschedule, and I have not heard from him in three weeks."

"My dryer was making a horrendous noise. I called Josh's and within less than 12 hours they were at my door. Mike was very professional and friendly. After 15 minutes he discovered that I had a drywall screw that completely ruined the bearings on the drum assembly. He immediately told us that we would be better off getting a new dryer for the cost it would take for him to fix it, even though our dryer is only 2 years old. He came over 45 minutes away for a nominal fee. He even recommended some brands for a new dryer. Hope I never need them again but they will be my go to business in the future."

"Someone came out to look at our refrigerator for the ice machine not working and he didn’t do much moved some things around and said it was fixed and charged $90. After a hour it stopped working so we called back the next day and he said he would return our call and never heard back after 2 follow up calls to see when he can return."

"Had an issue with our Washer/Dryer combo and talked to Mustapher. He scheduled quickly with us for a Monday (we called Saturday), came out and diagnosed the issue and said he'd order the parts to repair after giving us an estimate and he expected he'd get the parts Wednesday. He got the parts early, scheduled for Tuesday and came out and fixed our Washer. He even made the repair for cheaper than expected because he was able to replace a capacitor instead of the whole motor, so we saved money thanks to his expertise. Great service, I wouldn't hesitate to use them again in the future."
