"Took my phone to get screen fixed, came back still broken. Took it back and owner refused to repair it because he had "5 stars on google reviews". Screamed at me for about an hour in front of other customers and denied messing with the wiring. After proving him wrong and deflating his ego a bit he replaces the screen again with a used piece, which malfunctioned the next day. Took it to a professional who actually had a 5 star review afterwards and no problems since."

"if i could give this negative 5 stars, i would. i've given maybe 3 reviews my whole life (not my thing), but i'd like to advise anyone thinking of coming here, DO NOT the mistake i did. I came here due to a cracked screen. also described how the touch screen would intermittently go in and out, to the point the phone wouldn't function. i was told "no problem, we can replace the screen for $150", and to come back an hour later. cool. paid the money, came back an hour later and left with my phone with a new screen. less than 24 hours later, the phone is doing the same touch error. i gave it a couple days thinking "maybe the phone just getting used to the new screen". almost 2 weeks later, the problem still exists. brought the phone back and the employee told me "i will do a diagnosis on it and if it needs a new screen, i'll do it for free". i was shocked, and impressed with that answer. i come back an hour later and she says "i did a diagnosis, and you need a new (forget the letters she said) chip. i can replace it for $120". this is after the first $150 i spent 2 weeks earlier. so... if i told you about the problem when i FIRST brought the phone in, why would you not do the diagnosis? they basically just wanted to get my $150, and not do a thorough job. after 5 minutes of her negative attitude, i took my phone back and told her hope she's happy she swindled me into coming back a second time, and i'd never give her business another cent of my money. i was then told "you think i'd want you back in my store?". oh, really? GREAT customer service. took my phone to the apple store after work. guess what? THEY REPLACED THE PHONE FOR FREE. should've gone to apple the first time around, than to deal with this sorry excuse of a repair place."
"I had a great experience here. Great customer service. Despite the fact that I was late and came with a dead phone, they were so nice and welcoming. My iPhone 5s was smashed to the point where the front camera was exposed and there were weird splotches of orange where the cracks were. Abdul was able to fix my messed up screen within 40 minutes and now it looks (and feels) so good. Best part: it only cost $79. Definitely recommend going here!"
