"We miss Michelle. She was AMAZING with our dogs. Once the whole team of groomers left this past year customer services has gone down hill. The groomer never seems happy to be there and is just overall grumpy and rude. I guess we’ll try PetSmart."

"Arrived with my dog on time as scheduled at 10am. I was told my dog would be ready between 1 and 2pm. However my dog was not ready until 4:30pm. This was because there was only one groomer working while there were many dogs in the shop to be groomed. :("

"If I could give this place 0 stars I would. They have rescheduled my dog’s grooming services twice, both with very little notice. The first time, they rescheduled her one hour before, but the second time they really took it out of the ballpark… they decided to wait until the hour of, and while I paced around with her for 15 minutes they were trying to contact the groomer to see if she would even be going in. Their resolution? They rescheduled her there for another week after. That was the earliest appointment they had. Ask me if they offered me anything for the inconvenience? Nope, absolutely nothing. We had to call to complain about this disturbing incident to even get any sort of resolution, which was a small discount at best. No regards for the customer/client/pet. As a business, this specific establishment isn’t succeeding due to their poor management."

"I sent my dogs for a bath and face trimming . One dog came back with a clean appearance and the other dog did not look any different as when I dropped off. The face was not trimmed on the second dog at all. I’m happy my husband picked up the dogs because if it were me there would have been a conversation. I missed the previous staff because they have been great with our dogs for over nine years. My future resolve will be a different grooming place. Officially, I am done with this establishment!!!!!"
