"On time. Efficient. Solved the problem."
"The first appointment the technician never showed up or called that he was not coming. When we called they said he was sick and we needed to reschedule. We rescheduled for the next available day (a month later) and had to take off work that morning for an 8a-12p scheduled appointment. Again no one called. When WE called THEM they said they had moved our appointment time to 1p-5p. Unfortunately we only took off work in the morning and were not available at that time. We were hung up on twice while trying to contact a manager and eventually they had to reschedule our appointment again. The customer service techs and supervisors were not friendly or helpful and continuously stated that “things happen.” Very unprofessional."
