As soon as they have your money, the attitude changes and you can only try to be nice to them and hope for the best. They don’t bother to keep stuff like extra screws, etc. they don’t bother clean up inside when they are done."

I don’t live in the area so with work & school couldn’t make it in within 30days. The rep gave me a totally different # to call then the # I left messages on. No luck. I guess i should’ve gone to apple"

I was told to take ot to mobile Xpress Towson mall 2nd floor, they were able not only to fix my phone immediately but I had little wait time, you break it take to mobile Xpress they are the bess"
