"Had a great experience with Henry from Jim's today. He called me the day before the appointment to set up a time for the next day. Arrived on time the next day and couldn't have been nicer. Henry was professional and really knew what he was doing. Our job was a bit difficult because of the space the dryer was in but Henry figured it out and was able to diagnose the problem and complete the repair. I really appreciated the great service from a professional."

"I called Jim's and told them my in wall microwave would not heat. Everything else works. I give them the model number and I think it was either the magnetron or the transformer. And asked if they have the parts. The answer was they have some parts. Upon arrival, the technician check on his wireless phone and told me no parts available. The technician was nicely mannered. They charged me the full price of $119.00 by telling me there is no parts available. It is a ripped off."

"Technician responded quickly on a Sunday. But, after exchanging two separate parts, and 4 visits our washing machine still leaks. Company will send new technician but will then charge additional service fee. We regret using this company and will not use them again."
