"Worst appliance repair company in the state. They nickel and dime you, and charge you way over exorbitant prices on simple items. I understand a business needs to make money but not rip off said customer. They overcharged us two times on the same item needing repair by hundreds and hundreds of dollars and when confronted basically said "My bad we will fix that". If you go here you are not a customer but just a number to them and a card to charge unlimited times. They quoted us an already expensive repair and then proceeded to go over the estimate by 5 hundred dollars, apologized removed a few hundred and than tried again to add a few hundred for no reason. This business is nothing more than a bunch of thieves and crooks and I recommend to anyone to find absolutely anything else. Also their so called "Operations Manager" Jamison Johnson is a joke. He knows he's screwing small business owners that already have a hard enough time and does it with a corporate smile while stabbing you in the eye. he's nothing but king douchebag."

Only reason to write a review is to let other business know what kind of place is this. Try to call other commercial kitchen repair first before calling this company"

"Drove my Toaster to this company on a Thursday seeing if it could be fixed by the weekend. They seemed confident they could. Fast forward 10 days, they still had my toaster and quoted me almost the cost of a brand new toaster for 2 heating elements that were out. I asked if my $180 deposit I put down would go towards the cost of repair and they said ‘no’. Why call it a deposit then? Overall terrible experience dealing with 2 rude employees. Beware other restaurant owners"

"We unfortunately had a poor experience with a technician that resulted in inflated invoices/repeated return trips to resolve an issue. Once the owner of the company was made aware, we received a phone call from her apologizing for the trouble, forgiving much of the cost, and making the best of a bad situation. It's difficult to manage the day to day behaviors of dozens of employees and her effort to own the problem was admirable and rare."

"Tried to get a warranty repair for a 1 week old deep fryer and was given the run around. The receipt I have with the date and fryer listed wasn't good enough even after several calls and emails. They were happy to charge me full price for the service call instead. Most of the time I wasted on the phone with this company was them listing the prices for the various things I would be charged. The next company I called had a tech here within the hour and it was 100% covered."
