I get a call from someone called Geraldine at 1pm on Saturday an hour before the appointment time saying she is canceling the appointment because they don't have anyone. Very rude and unapologetic, didn't even offer to reschedule. Not many companies open or available on a Saturday, so now I'm in a major bind. I would give zero stars if I could!"
