"After calling around multiple appliance stores in Arlington, VA, I was disappointed with the phone representatives' answers and information. Most were very unhelpful and just wanted to make a sale. I switched strategies and started calling around to appliance stores further away. I stumbled upon Sterling Appliance. The phone rep was extremely helpful, gave me different options, explained the pros and cons of each model. After 10-15 minutes of a great conversation, I realized they deserved my business and I chose an oven based on the salesman's recommendation. The installation team was great. They very prompt and professional and left everything as is should after the installation. They mentioned that we were supposed to run the oven for about an hour to burn off any manufacturing residue, and the installation guys verified that all the burners and functions work correctly before they left. Overall, this is a great company and team. They deserve a good review and I highly recommend them."

"Easy purchase over the phone. I knew what I wanted, replacing what I had. I will never buy anything from a big box store, such a pain. Sterling appliance has you covered, their prices are better than big box stores, and Sterling appliance does all the extended warranty (which I always get) service themselves. Sterling appliance had what I wanted in stock and delivery was fast. Hector and his helper were quick on the installation, they were clean and did a great job. Don’t waste your time at a big box store ever!! Support your local businesses."

"We purchased our washer dryer machines from Sterling appliances and couldn’t be more happier. First of, the salesman clearly explained which models are best suited for our layout and gave us the top of line recommendations. He also ensured the delivery will be on time. As for the delivery, the delivery staff were prompt and did a really good job in taking our machines to the 4th floor, it’s hard work and they did it without any hesitation.
