"We called around 7PM and someone arrived by 7:50. We knew we were going to pay the overtime rate, so we were prepared for the huge cost. The gentleman was incredibly friendly, (he even laughed at my husbands bad jokes), he wore little coverings over his shoes and also had on a mask. He was knowledgeable, clean, and efficient. I should add that he had to try several things before the kitchen sink was able to drain. We appreciated his willingness to keep going until he finally found a way to snake the drain over 35 feet."
