"The review app only let's one type in a very limited amount of info. Otherwise I would happily detail my recent disastrous experience with Landers. And this was after years of good experience with them. Ill never use them again. Apparently they've disallowed repair staff to go the extra mile. That willingness was why I stuck with them. They no longer do that. They're worthless. Less than worthless. Unless you want to pay $270 for nothing."
"I have twice tried to use this company. The first time, they said they would need to remove the molding of a doorway to try to fit an appliance through. Another company found a unit slightly smaller that did not require the removal of the molding. I then contacted Landers about a year later for a repair of a different unit. I sent photos of the unit, including the model number. They stated the model number was worn off and they could not tell what parts they needed. I Googled the clearly conspicuous model number and found a parts website that has lots of available parts for the unit. It is clear, based on two separate interactions, this company is not willing to give needed attention to detail. I had to update my review to address the absurd response of Andrew, the General Manger. If my review was actually read, it is clear that I never got far enough to be a customer. Twice now. A missed sale on a new install and now being brushed off when asked for repair advice. Before my review was left your staff emailed this: “I apologize for the delay, I had our parts department see if there’s anything they can find for this but unfortunately since the model number is worn off we are unable to tell if we would be able to get parts for this. read the model number can’t help.” It was left at that, without trying to even offer a new product. I know the repair job was a long shot but I had a plan B and was willing to drop up to five figures to replace what I had if need be. I responded to that email and never heard back. Never heard of any other ideas. I am not sure why I have to prove this actually happened, when you have enough information to take to your sales team and ask them if they encountered the situation in my review. Again, it shows you are not willing to go the extra mile. It is also strange your reply suggests I contact “the management team” but then you end the email by including your own direct email. Not sure why you didn’t suggest I just email you, the manager. Ask your team who shot down a new customer last Tuesday. I won’t do your job for you. Twice this company has wasted my time. Ask your rep for my contact information and reach out to me. Save the boilerplate response."

He was training someone during the visit and was very thorough with the apprentice. My last point of contact was Blake who was very informative and provided a spec sheet and quote within 60 minutes. "When I called about a problem with a washing machine, I was given good advice, the visit was scheduled for the next day, Josh (the service person) came on time, took time and care in diagnosing the problem, quoted the price to fix it, ordered the part, and I was called the next day to schedule the time for his return. Again, he came when he was scheduled, and fixed the problem. We've used Landers for a long time, and we have had this same quality of experience every time. The people who answer the phone are always friendly, helpful, and efficient. The service people come on time, are always friendly, professional, and skilled. The price that's quoted is the price that's charged, and when they've fixed stuff, it's fixed. Couldn't really ask for more. We return when we need appliance work, and when recommend Landers when we have the opportunity."
