"Paul Scott is better at lying than repairing anything ! He was paid $187.40 on 9/7/2018 to repair a timing problem with my mower, the first time I attempted to you my mower I saw it had the same problem. Paul was called and informed this and he said he would come pick it back up first chance he got to check it out, he finally returned 2 weeks later and picked up my mower. He then for the next 5 months had a litany of lies/excuses why he had not finished the repair of my mower ( Son in the hospital, Paul was sick for 2 weeks he claimed, on vacation, almost cut his thumb off and finally he said the parts were back ordered ). After a month with no contact from him I again made several calls to Paul before he returned my call and he claimed the parts were still on back order, I asked Paul to keep me updated on the progress of my repair, another month goes by and he said he`s still waiting on parts. I got the parts numbers from him and looked online and saw at least 6 places with those parts in stock, also called my local dealer and found they had the parts in stock. Many, many phones calls later demanding the return of my mower before Paul finally brings it back, he returned it in pieces with the spindles missing and he broke the wheels on my deck. He gives independent business people a bad name If you something fixed right avoid Paul Scott at all cost !"

"Scotts is a great company to do business with. Paul made something I feel is a hassle, which is getting my mower sent out for service. He got it done for me as simple as possible. Picked up my mower, fixed it and serviced it then dropped it off all in a short time. Very reasonable prices! Thanks again Paul. Will def. Use again."

"Paul is a no BS kind of guy who cares about doing the right thing and building good business relationships, not just making a quick one-time buck. He delivered what he promised ahead of schedule and even went above and beyond to come back at the drop of a hat to bring a cotter pin that broke off (not his fault) so I could finish mowing before the storm. The mower runs great now! I will be using his services again. I highly recommend him. He has very reasonable prices as well."
