"Call there number for the first time ever. a woman answered “HELLO” I told her why I was calling, she acted like I was bothering her. She gave my info to Larry..he called back the next day. I gave him all the information to get the parts. However they are using an outdated system and told me my lawn tractor doesn’t exist..he kept trying to no eval, so before he called me back with he newest search for my parts I called a real shop and got the proper part. I was still going to have Larry install this part but when I call him back and told him I got the part needed he says ( this is turning in to a headache take it somewhere else I don’t even want to see it. Seems to me I hit a never because he couldn’t find the part and I did it in a 2 minute phone call. They’re ratings are high but I don’t buy it. Who treats customers this way."
"I was a dummy. First, in putting my lawnmower away last fall I messed up and did something that caused it not to start today (early spring) to cut my lawn for the first time this year. It wouldn't start. My second error was in not checking that it worked before I needed it to work. I called a well respected lawnmower repair shop near me and they said that because of the time of year they couldn't look at it for two weeks. I called Larry and he said bring it over and he could probably look at it today. I took it to Larry's shop. He correctly diagnosed the problem (it was simple) within a few minutes of looking at it, fixed it in about 15 minutes, and charged me only $10 for parts and labor. He also gave me a tutorial on how to avoid the same problem in the future. It isn''t often that you find someone who is competent, helpful, and honest like Larry. I know where I'm going if I have any more problems. I would recommend him to anyone."

"Had my riding mower repaired. Came to pick it up in the late morning. Told me he would have to bring it back once the problem was determined due to lack of storage space. Later that afternoon. The tractor returned and repaired. Awesome service and reasonably priced."
