"Just left the Rolling Road location. And they were open. They will be open tomorrow and every Monday- Thursday 9a-1p until they are fully staffed and then they will offer more hours. These hours are temporary. The calls go to a call center but those are the hours that someone is in the shop until further notice."
"Absolute Nightmare of a Service! I recently had the misfortune of dealing with Dyson's customer service, and it has been nothing short of a nightmare. My Dyson air purifier needed fixing, and despite numerous attempts to contact them, the place is always closed. Not only do they not bother picking up the calls, but they also don't provide any updates on the status of my air purifier. The frustration reached its peak when I tried to check the status online. Lo and behold, my Dyson air purifier apparently doesn't even exist in their store – according to their website. How is that even possible? It's like they have no record of my device, and I'm left in the dark about whether it's being worked on or not. The customer service at Dyson is the worst I have ever encountered. It's as if they have a team dedicated to ignoring customer queries. Are they even looking at the messages sent to them, or is there just a black hole where customer complaints disappear? I never expected this kind of service from Dyson, a brand that's supposed to be known for quality and reliability. If you value your time and sanity, steer clear of Dyson's customer service. This experience has left me questioning the integrity of the company as a whole. Absolutely disgusted with the lack of communication and professionalism."
"After an easy drop-off in mid-November, it's only been downhill. I was told that they were expecting a large shipment of parts the following day, and if it was a battery, it would be ready the day after, but they'd call. Crickets. I have called the local number numerous times, only to get recorded messages 1) A local recording: All the techs were busy, to email or call back, 2) "Due to unforeseen circumstances, they'd be closed from April 12, 2023 to December 12, 2023" 3) To speak to a Dyson expert stay on the line, wait time over 30 minutes. 4) This location is only open Mon-Thurs, when their website says Mon-Fri I emailed: nothing. I called and waited, was on the phone for an hour and eight minutes, speaking to a rep that even was frustrated that he couldn't reach anyone in the local shop. He gave me a case number and said the local shop would contact me: nothing. Now today I call and they are closed until January 2nd! Makes me question my purchase and certainly will affect my decision to purchase another Dyson in the future, knowing that their repair center is so difficult to deal with! This is beyond ridiculous!"
"I honestly hate to leave a bad review because I know every situation is different and I hate the thought of a store or employee's bad day being a representation of their company; However, that being said, on 3 separate occasions since Sept 23rd, I have tried to bring my vacuum to be serviced only to find the store closed despite the business hours posted on the door via a handmade computer printed sign stating they're open 9-3, closed 1-130 for lunch. As someone who works 9-5, it's not necessarily convenient for me to go during those times, however, I did.. 3x. It's unfortunate because it would appear from most of their reviews that they actually have an excellent service center and most people seem happy with the results of their services, at least the few who are able to successfully get into the store. I was initially offered a shipping label on 9/23 but thought it'd be far more expeditious to just go to my local service center that's only 15 min away, boy was I wrong. It's a shame, had I just shipped it off then I would probably have it back by now and able to use the over $500 vacuum I bought at the beginning of this year but haven't been able to for almost 6 months. I hope the store gets this issue resolved."
"If I could give 0 stars I would. Drove from PA because I needed my Dyson hair dryer replaced ASAP..the online chat sent me there Monday at 9AM just to get there and the store was empty. I called Dyson repeatedly just to receive lie after lie!! They told me for my inconvenience they would ship it and send my tracking number this morning. I’ve messaged numerous times just to be given the run around each time. It’s end of day and still have not received a tracking number. Please do not attempt to be a good customer because they don’t care about their reputation!"
