"As I walked in to this store today, Nov 20,2021....I was initially anxious to see if someone can take care of my computer issue. First, I asked the young man at the counter where the SD cards were located (because I needed one, he was so courteous and pointed me to the right direction. So, I went over to the computer section, and I met a tall young black man, at geek squad... who I explained my computer issues to, and that the charger I purchased from this store before the Pandemic was not charging the computer(it was a replacement universal for my original Dell charger I lost in my office. Then, he was so kind to not only put my computer on the charging dock, since he was assisting another customer before me, he went on to get his colleague ZAIN BEG, phew... this young man Zain, is an extraordinary and very talented technician he is a Pakistani Geek squad rep with absolute knowledge in hardwares, softwares....just name technology (he knows everything)For the first time in years dealing with techies ....this man is so intelligent. He took time to help me, navigate ,explain..he had patience, he smiles, he is patient. I walked out so happy and asked for his manager to share that I had the "BEST Experience" at this Best Buy store in German T, they deserve the best rating and I want to give it to them. Thank you so much Zain, I am so appreciative of your 110 percent customer service today!!! THANK YOU! I give you guys a 5 stars,I wish there is a 10 star rating too. I will go on google. Please go to this Best Buy and ask for Zain if you need any computer issue, he is the BEST!!! In general, the store is fantastic!!! Everyone I met today was amazing."
"I went there to return a product I had which was under a protection plan. After several rounds of phone calls prior with Geek squad management as well as Best Buy we were told to bring the broken item to their curbside and they would take the product and send us a new one. Geek squad headquaters had determined that the item could not be fixed based on their prior knowledge of common issues. Well after bringing the item to curbside I was informed of a totally different process which did not include them taking the broken item and sending me a new one. This of course is very frustrating as we were being told something totally different when speaking to geek squad headquarters (Management) over the phone. Geek Squad management at headquarters even informed us to have to local Geek Squad management call them if they are not aware of the process. Well local best buy employees as well as local Geek squad management had no interest in the instructions we were given by their own Geek Squad headquarters and furthermore were not interested in trying to get to the bottom of what could have been miscommunication. I found the Best Buy employee(Manager or whatever she was) to be rude and not interested in helping resolve this situation and I also did not find the onsite Geek Squad manager to be any help as he kept regurgitating the same information which was different from what we were told over the phone from HIS headquarters. Since it was close to store closure they also seemed to be rushing me and uninterested in getting to the bottom of the issue. At one point even walking away from my car in the middle of our conversation. This is HORRIBLE customer service and I am beside myself as I am wondering are all your customers treated this way?? Hmm...This is how you treat customers who spend money in your store and buy protection plans?? Your employees need classes on CUSTOMER SERVICE!"
"I have had other stores fix my issue but at this store they often times say sorry we do not deal with that issue. The guy I have issue with is always that sikh guy that works there. But then also he is like always the only one/main one there."
"They are the worst geek squad in the world. All they were supposed to do was change my password. Instead they broke my computer screen beyond repair. They annihilated the computer and then gave it back to me saying we don't know whats wrong with it. It doesn't seem to work anymore. They would not pay for it to be repaired either."
