"Had a problem with two appliances and Bill arrived on time and was very professional. Turns out the dryer was heating okay afterall but was squeaking very loudly. That repair would have cost too much for an old dryer, and he didn't try to push the expensive fix. But his looking at it and moving it around greatly reduced the squeak and charged only 50% of the quoted diagnostic fee which was reasonable to begin with. The garbage disposal was the second appliance which was also making a very loud noise. Bill pulled several small obstructions out and adjusted the blades and it was fixed, at a very reasonable rate. It was quick service at good rates and I would definitely call them again."
