"One day I was playing, and my PS5 just turned off. It wasn’t turning back on at all, and I genuinely thought it was bricked. There was no light and no reaction whatsoever from the console. I brought it here trusting their Google reviews. They charged me $95 and take it in. About 2/3 weeks later, they messaged me saying the PS5 was fixed the board had a blown cap and fuse. I had to pay $45 more for the board level repair fee, but my baby ps5 was running like a kitty again. I’m so grateful with life for having them with in a driving distance from me. Oh and the front desk lady it’s a sweetheart, super friendly! In short I gave them a task, they understood the assignment, and delivered perfectly. If I ever need any other console fix I would come here without hesitation. 10 out 5 Because they test the Ps5 in front of me, and the place was also clean and organized. Thank you guys!"
