"Accessories for redyp a deears Eli"
"Jennifer said it perfect in her review. It's run by "very young" folks who do not know anything about mowers. I took my push mower for a rough running issue. They didn't even try to address that issue. But said they changed oil but oil was still very dirty at pickup. Said they changed air filter but it was same used air filter I took it there with. They had no explanation... because they didn't do the work nor do they know anything about lawn mowers. On top of everything, the location is very strange and made me feel uncomfortable. No signs, no nothing to indicate this is a business. Short... do not go there and don't let them work on your equipment."
"My husband chose this company based on the reviews he found. We called them, they came out immediately to pick up our riding mower. I was happy with the fact they offer pickup and delivery and were so quick at showing up. Good, starting off nicely. Two guys show up who are VERY YOUNG. I was apprehensive about that, but figured I should give them a shot. They made NO attempt at any sort of conversation and immediately went to push my riding mower onto their trailer. Except it wouldn't move. That's because the back pin wasn't pulled out into the neutral mode needed to actually push the mower. I had to point that out to them, and then they immediately went back to shoving it, going nowhere. That's when I had to also point out that the parking brake was still on. Not only that, but I had to SHOW THEM how to disengage it. My brain screamed at me to just tell them to leave, but I stupidly thought I'd give these boys a chance. I figured they were saving up for college or something. So when they go to leave, the younger of the two (about high school looking age to me) nervously asks me what the problem is. I told him exactly what the problem is: the ignition switch is faulty and at least one of the other safety switches is not functioning. He tells me ok and that they'll call me later. Eleven days pass by. My husband gets a call that they cannot fix our mower because it's a safety switch problem. How are you confused as to how to fix it when I TOLD YOU EXACTLY what the problem was?! Why keep my mower for so long when you know upfront you can't fix it? After a couple more days without a phone call as to when they would actually return my mower, I had to call their number and tell them to drop it off. Thankfully, they returned it. Again, not even so much as a "hello" from them upon arrival. I had to initiate conversation with them. They were very abrupt with me and didn't even offer me so much as a weak "I'm sorry" that they couldn't fix the mower. This business has no concept of what professionalism actually is and is not capable of fixing anything other than basic repairs. After looking at it myself upon its return I noticed the fuse was completely blown. Not just that, it's also partially melted. How anyone can call themselves a "Mow Doctor" and not notice this is beyond me. I can only assume the positive reviews on here are either from friends or those who had pretty simple problems with their equipment that practically anyone with limited knowledge could fix it. I have the ignition switch fixed and today I'll be replacing the fuse that Mow Doctor couldn't see was melted. Update: The mower needed a fuse, a battery, and the contacts cleaned on the ignition and blades switch. It runs perfectly now and the best part is I fixed it myself. Lesson learned: don't pay people to do this. ESPECIALLY these people."

"They seem to be a fly by night company. They advertised they repair mowers in Gaithersburg and I went there it was a private residence!!! They seem like internet scammers"
